Took a tour to the Teotihuacán pyramids. Then back to Mexico City for a walk around the historic centre. Then back to our Condesa neighborhood for pizza and pasta. Tractor, bus and boat to an island in Tortuguero. Checked into Baula Lodge. Great rooms, pool, food and happy hour. Took a water taxi to the main island and national park. Took a bus and boat to La Fortuna which is an adventure hub. Some swimming at the local waterfall. Catamaran
In the afternoon we took a catamaran tour around the coast and saw some dolphins and snorkeled with many small tropical fish (pictures on other camera) Then easy evening before heading to Monteverde in the morning.
Manuel Antonio National Park
Next day got up early and went for a tour of the national park. Saw lot’s of animals including sloths, monkeys, deer, birds It’s good we chose to take a guide, or we wouldn’t have seen any of the animals which were very well hidden.
